Registration Guide

A single registration is enough to use the EAP services. With the account you create, you can sign in on 24eap.com as well as in the MY EAP, EAP Chat, and EAP Crisis applications.

What will you need?

  • a valid email address
  • a chosen username
  • to select your country
  • the name of your workplace or company
  • a password
  • access to your email inbox for confirmation

Registration step by step

Open the registration page

Go to 24eap.com or open the MY EAP, EAP Chat, or EAP Crisis application, then choose the Registration option.

Enter the required details

Fill in the username, email address, country, company name, password, and password confirmation fields.

Accept the terms

Tick the checkbox to accept the privacy and usage terms. Without this, the registration cannot be submitted.

Submit your registration

Click the Registration button. After a successful submission, the system will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Confirm your email address

Open the email you received and click the confirmation link in it. Once the account is activated, the registration becomes final.

Sign in

Sign in using the username and password you created during registration. You can use the same credentials on all EAP platforms.

After that, you can use every EAP platform with the same account.
